Iowa State Fair Announces Acts for Free Stages

Only 98 days until the 2022 Iowa State Fair and we can’t wait to talk about entertainment, competition, special contests, and MORE! Concrete statues and parade applications are open. Entries for food, livestock, and family living are coming in. Applications for seasonal employment are being accepted today. Get a couple of coupons for buckets or cups of Barksdale’s Iowa State Fair cookies or the Sky Glider, Giant Slide, Ye Old Mill. And, save money with a value pack full of discounts, ride wristbands, and advance admission tickets.

You can test your Iowa State Fair knowledge with a 100 Days Until the Iowa State Fair Trivia Night with Iowa PBS on Zoom at 7 p.m. there is still time to register at iowapbs.org/events.

Purchase tickets online at iowastatefair.org or beginning July 5, tickets will be available at participating Iowa Hy-Vee, Fareway, and Price Chopper locations.  The Iowa State Fair Ticket Office also opens Tuesday, July 5 for walk-up orders.

The complete daily program of events and entertainment will be released in July.
